We have partnered with an Engineering Consulting Firm in the Denver, CO area to provide them with a Stormwater Lead Engineer. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized must haves for the Stormwater Lead Engineer:

#1. BS in Civil Engineering or Water Resources Engineering

#2. Registered Engineer in Colorado

#3. 12+ years of experience as a hydrology and hydraulic design engineer

#4. Experience with some or all of the following: Open Roads Designer SUDA, Civ3D SSA, CivilStorm, SRH-2D, HEC-RAS, HEC-RAS 2D, HY-8

Requirements for the Stormwater Lead Engineer:

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Water Resources Engineering.
  • Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Colorado.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Over 12 years of experience in hydrology and hydraulic design engineering.
  • Familiarity with software such as Open Roads Designer SUDA, Civil 3D SSA, CivilStorm, SRH-2D, HEC-RAS, HEC-RAS 2D, and HY-8.
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Water Resources Engineering.
  • Experience collaborating with Departments of Transportation, local municipalities, and regulatory agencies at the local, state, and federal levels.
  • Experience working with stormwater-specific agencies.
  • Previous involvement in business development and/or marketing roles.
  • Familiarity with GIS technology.
  • Experience in stormwater master planning.
  • Proficiency in some or all of the following software: ORD SUDA, Civil 3D SSA, CivilStorm, SRH2D, HEC-RAS, HEC-RAS 2D, and HY-8.
Other Key Requirements:
  • 100% on site
  • No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
