We are seeking to add a Proposal Coordinator to our marketing team.This position is responsible for crafting proposals firmwide, gathering information and materials for submittals and proposals, and supporting project meetings. This position requires someone who can manage multiple assignments, prioritize deadlines and work effort, and offer creativity and attention to detail. This position will work closely under the guidance of our Senior Proposal Writer and report directly to the Marketing Director.

Responsibilities

  • Assists and collaborates with Marketing Team, Firm Leadership, Project Managers and other departments in the preparation of information and materials for submittals and proposals.
  • Attends and supports project meetings, bringing necessary documents and providing comprehensive recap and next steps to the internal team.
  • Maintains contact with internal clients to ensure projects are completed correctly and actively seeks feedback.
  • Participates in marketing training sessions to improve content marketing knowledge.
  • Tracks proposals, RFPs, criteria and deadlines for multiple offices.
  • Assist Senior Proposal Writer with various related tasks.
  • Performs other duties as assigned and will cross-train in other functions of the marketing team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Arts in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
  • 3 - 5 years' experience developing proposals, preferably in the architecture industry.
  • Strong writing, editing, formatting and proofreading background.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and PowerPoint).
  • Graphic design skills are preferred.
