salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all operational aspects of the company, including production, supply chain, quality assurance, and logistics. Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and improve productivity without compromising quality or safety. Collaborate with the leadership team to align operational goals with overall business strategy. Oversee the efficient use of equipment and materials, ensuring production schedules are met while maintaining high standards of quality. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on lean manufacturing, waste reduction, and operational excellence. Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, fostering a culture of safety across all facilities. Manage the budget and ensure cost-efficient operations while meeting or exceeding financial targets. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal departments. Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Utilize data-driven approaches to measure operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Skills
