Salesforce Developer

Apex Systems is looking for a Salesforce Developer specializing in Service Cloud will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
Location: Torrance, CA - must be willing to work onsite 2-3 days/wk.
Responsibilities:
•Develop custom applications and solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
•Create and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and process automation.
•Implement and manage Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Knowledge Base, and Omni-Channel.
•Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and data migration tools.
•Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between Salesforce and external systems.
•Customize and configure Service Cloud to align with business processes and requirements.
Qualifications:
•Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on Service Cloud
•Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
•Knowledge of Salesforce integration tools and techniques (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
•Salesforce certifications are a plus
