Job Role: Salesforce Technical Lead/Sr Developer Location: Remote (need to work in CST / EST) Duration: 3 Months (Will be Extended) Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Salesforce Technical Lead/Senior Developer to join our team on a 3-month onsite subcontracting engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for actively participating in development activities, leading technical efforts, and delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions. This role requires a hands-on professional who can manage development stories while providing technical leadership. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and translate them into well-architected Salesforce solutions. Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce customizations, integrations, and applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools. Collaborate with stakeholders, including product owners and business analysts, to deliver functional and technical requirements. Lead the development team in planning and execution of Salesforce projects, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices. Take ownership of assigned development stories and ensure their timely completion. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to team members. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, or custom solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Salesforce applications. Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications, ensuring scalability and performance optimization. Required Skills and Experience: Minimum of 6-8 years of Salesforce development experience. Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products. Proven ability to take ownership of development work and deliver end-to-end solutions. Excellent understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices. Strong integration experience using REST, SOAP APIs, or middleware platforms. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, or Technical Architect are highly preferred. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira for managing development stories. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
