We are seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Sustainability to lead our global sustainability strategy, including net zero roadmap development, market initiatives, and reporting. This role will report to the Vice President, Global Sustainability. Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Direct the development of a comprehensive, long-term sustainability plan aligned with the company's mission, values, and net zero goals Lead the development and execution of ambitious environmental goals and objectives, with a strong emphasis on climate action Oversee the company's environmental footprint, including greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) measurement, reduction strategies, and progress tracking Develop and implement comprehensive climate roadmaps that define clear targets and pathways for achieving ambitious GHG reduction and zero waste to landfill goals Identify and implement opportunities to reduce the company's environmental impact throughout its operations and supply chain, prioritizing climate change mitigation strategies Manage and report on the company's sustainability performance according to relevant frameworks and standards (e.g., CDP, CSRD), with a specific focus on GHG emissions and waste reporting Support customer requests and engagement as required Advocate for and integrate sustainability principles into all aspects of the company's business decisions, including capital planning Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in corporate sustainability, particularly those related to climate change mitigation Develop and deliver sustainability training programs for employees at all levels, emphasizing climate change awareness and action Build and maintain robust process documentation and support ESG auditing Liaise with market sustainability leads to aggregate learning and data across the company Manage ad-hoc business requests for data extraction and analysis Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications: Required Skills and Experience: Bachelors degree with 10+ years of related experience and 6+ years of management experience 10+ years of experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies with a focus on climate change in a global organization Proven track record of success in greenhouse gas emissions reporting and driving sustainability action Strong understanding of climate science, GHG accounting methodologies, and carbon reduction strategies Experience with climate change regulations and reporting frameworks Proven experience in reporting implementation for multinational business Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and strong project management skills Strong analytical and data management skills with the ability to focus on the details Strong organizational, strong time management skills, strong oral and written communication skills Passion for sustainability and a strong desire to make a positive impact This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test Preferred Skills and Experience: Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Physical Demands and Work Environment : Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
