Position Summary:
YU Global is seeking an accomplished and results-driven
Business Development Specialist
to spearhead revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing efforts. This pivotal role will involve identifying and cultivating qualified leads, managing the sales pipeline, and servicing enterprise accounts across YU Global's key market segments, including educational institutions, corporate clients, and nonprofit organizations.
As part of Yeshiva University, a flagship Jewish institution, this role also leverages connections within the broader Jewish community for networking, lead generation, and account management opportunities.
Position Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to identify, engage, and convert prospects into long-term customers. Leverage data analytics to target high-potential opportunities and continuously refine the sales process. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align initiatives and amplify impact across campaigns. Monitor key sales metrics, delivering regular forecasts and insights to leadership for informed decision-making. Build and nurture relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty, secure repeat business, and drive referrals. Represent YU Global at community and industry events to expand visibility and generate leads. Experience & Educational Background:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, ideally in education, training, or technology sectors. Proficiency with CRM platforms, sales automation tools, and data analytics. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in online education or corporate training industries. Familiarity with the Jewish community, including its educational landscape, nonprofit organizations, and business networks. Skills & Competencies:
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a focus on adaptability and results. Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
Salary Range:
$70,000 - $90,000
