As an Estimator, you'll lead preconstruction activities, interface with clients, architects, and engineers, and ensure the success of multi-family and institutional projects. You'll handle detailed scopes, conduct constructability reviews, and collaborate with various teams to prepare accurate estimates and bids.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary project contact for clients, architects, and engineers. Manage preconstruction processes and meet all deadlines. Review plans/specs and perform constructability reviews. Prepare complete scopes of work and accurate quantity take-offs. Analyze and negotiate subcontractor bids. Develop value-engineering opportunities to reduce costs. Assemble budgets, GMP bids, and answer client questions. Build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. Perks:

Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in general contracting, multi-family, or institutional projects. Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Project, Excel, Bluebeam, and estimating software (DESTINI preferred). Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
