Student must be under-graduate, full-time student (12 or more credit hours/semester) and able to work a minimum of 20 hours / week while attending school.

Build / modify operator Job Instructions in MS Word documents. Work with operators and engineers to detail operations. Assist with OEE data collection. Helps to identify and conduct studies on loss areas and opportunities for improvement. Conduct time studies, and cycle time checks. Assist Manufacturing with implementation of lean concepts in manufacturing and assembly department. Assist with work area equipment layouts and machine verifications. Assists Manufacturing in other project activities, as the need arises. Assist with the implementation of methods improvements.
Required Skills and Education B.S. degree in-progress with a graduation date of December 2023 or later. Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. Strong digital literacy especially in Microsoft applications and AutoCAD. Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes with emphasis on lean manufacturing concepts. Good oral and written communication skills. High level of social skills to work effectively with others.
