MODEL BASED SYSTEM ENGINEER - LEVEL I
Typical Education:
Bachelor's Degree in engineering, operations research, or other sciences where the utilization of advanced math skills is required (e.g. business, mathematics, statistics, and probability)

Additional Guidelines:
• Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering principles
• Knowledge of the Systems Modeling Language (SysML) or Unified Modeling Language (UML) • Experience with applying programming concepts in a professional or academic setting.
• Experience with applying modern software development methodologies (e.g. agile, DEVOPS/DEVSECOPS) in a professional or academic setting.
Role:
Trinity IT is seeking a Model Based System Engineer (MBSE) - Level I to support our UX/UI Design and Engineering project with the U.S. Navy. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the Department of Defense Architecture Framework/Unified Architecture Framework (DoDAF/UAF).
This position is contingent upon award of contract.
Key Responsibilities: Define the system domain and develop system models using model-based engineering (UML and SysML). Perform mission analysis to support definition of technical requirements and interfaces, provide analysis of alternatives, guide development, and evaluate expected performance against requirements and mission needs. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in engineering, operations research, or other sciences where the utilization of advanced math skills is required (e.g. business, mathematics, statistics, and probability). 0-2 years of experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering. Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering principles. Knowledge of the Systems Modeling Language (SysML) or Unified Modeling Language (UML).
