General Function

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing strategy, manage and analyze performance across all channels, and drive website enhancements for our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) e-commerce properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proven expertise in digital marketing, and hands-on experience with website development processes. This role is pivotal in optimizing online performance, enhancing user experiences, and driving business growth.

Maximize conversion rates online for multiple properties as well as increase qualified site traffic through various digital marketing initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Management • Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, etc.). • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities to improve ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). • Optimize customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through data-driven insights and innovative campaigns. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with broader marketing initiatives.

Data Analysis & Reporting • Conduct in-depth analyses of digital marketing efforts, including traffic, conversion rates, customer behavior, and sales performance. • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) to create actionable reports and dashboards for key stakeholders. • Identify key trends and make data-backed recommendations to refine strategies and improve business outcomes.

Website Enhancement Strategy & Management • Drive and document business requirements for e-commerce DTC website enhancements, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals. • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize website improvements and manage the development roadmap for multiple e-commerce properties. • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of website enhancements, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors as needed.

Testing & Quality Assurance • Conduct thorough testing of website enhancements to ensure optimal functionality, usability, and performance. • Identify and resolve any issues pre- and post-launch to maintain a seamless user experience. • Continuously monitor website performance and suggest improvements to enhance site speed, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.

Education, Experience & Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a similar role. • Proven experience managing website enhancements and working with cross-functional teams (design, development, marketing). • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable strategies. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams. • Adaptable and proactive, with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends and innovations. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines • Intense attention to detail with accuracy and consistency • Strong computer and software skills • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and digital advertising platforms. • Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS). • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and UX/UI principles is a plus.

The peak season for Indrio Brands spans from November through January. PTO blackouts may apply in peak season.
