Digital Marketing Manager
to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will take ownership of the digital marketing strategy and execution, with a strong focus on leveraging web analytics, SEO, and conversion optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize our digital presence, ensure a seamless user experience, and drive measurable growth in online traffic and conversions.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic, improve user engagement, and drive conversions. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns and initiatives, optimizing them for maximum ROI. Website Management: Oversee the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's websites (including landing pages, blog, and e-commerce sections). Work closely with development and design teams to implement website enhancements, ensuring optimal functionality, user experience (UX), and mobile responsiveness. SEO Strategy & Implementation: Lead the SEO strategy to enhance organic search rankings and visibility across search engines. Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page and off-page SEO elements, and implement technical SEO best practices. Regularly audit the website to identify SEO issues and provide solutions to improve rankings and traffic. Web Analytics & Reporting: Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates. Set up, maintain, and optimize tracking of web analytics to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights. Generate regular reports on web traffic, user engagement, and campaign performance, and provide recommendations for improvement based on data insights. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Lead the efforts to improve conversion rates across the website, leveraging data from A/B tests, heatmaps, and user behavior analytics. Implement and monitor various optimization strategies including landing page improvements, form optimizations, content enhancements, and user flow analysis. Collaboration & Team Leadership: Work cross-functionally with content, design, and development teams to execute and iterate on digital marketing initiatives. Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
5+ years in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, website management, and analytics. Technical Expertise:
Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools, basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web collaboration. SEO & CRO:
Strong understanding of SEO best practices, on-page/off-page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (A/B testing, user behavior analysis). Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze web data, user behavior, and campaign performance to drive insights and improve strategies. Communication:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and presenting data-driven recommendations. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CMS and Web Platforms: Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms. A/B Testing & CRO Tools: Familiarity with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely) for conversion optimization. Certifications: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager certifications are highly preferred. SEO certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Moz, SEMrush) are a plus.
