Position Highlights

This position provides marketing/communications support to the University of Arizona Health Sciences Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (OEDI) developing marketing strategies, campaigns, branding and preparing the annual End of Year Report for UAHS EDI. This includes collaborating with the UAHS EDI team in creating visuals for programs and events, posting social media content; developing promotional videos and programmatic reflections; developing and updating video and website content regularly; and measuring success by tracking marketing data. Editorial eye; making stylistic, structural and grammatical corrections, and maintains contact with authors, printer, faculty, staff and/or others concerning work and EDI marketing brand. Will confer with author(s) on content, form and style, and suggest revisions and illustration for best practices and brand. Attending UAHS EDI programs and events including traveling to sites to capture moments and stories to share widely with pictures, videos and testimonials in newsletters and other media outlets. May require travel, early morning, evening, weekend work. click here . Duties & Responsibilities Designs and creates announcements,communication & marketing materials for events and workshops. Edits other forms of copy making stylistic, structural and grammatical corrections, and maintains contact with authors, printer, faculty, staff and/or others concerning work to meet deadlines. Ensures accuracy and all details are covered on all marketing materials such as date, time (MST), location, registration links. Coordinates marketing activities, campaigns and events (includes advertising, promotions, websites). Develops marketing strategies and delivers marketing messages with the intent of promoting UAHS EDI and its progress, programs, events and team members. Delivers marketing content and material in both physical and digital formats. Manages UAHS EDI's social media interactions, leads social media projects and develops content for social media. Discovers effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers. Assesses digital analytics and develops tactics to enhance the results of marketing campaigns. Investigate the performance of UAHS EDI's marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics. Makes improvements where needed in regards to community engagement and promotional strategies. Creates goals and objectives to increase UAHS EDI's brand and visibility through appropriate marketing channels. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through professional level experience required. Three (3) years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
