click here . Duties & Responsibilities

Budgeting Support: Provide support for colleges and departments with budget development, implementation, and reporting. Develop and employ procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the budget process and systems. Participate in budget planning meetings and discussions. Other projects and duties as needed and assigned. Financial Reporting: Assist in the construction and completion of annual budget requests and reports for the University. Prepare financial and other ad hoc analyses as needed by Office the Office of Budget and Planning, senior leadership, or external constituents. Create and analyze monthly reports used to monitor fund or operational activities of assigned units. Data Analysis: Identify, retrieve, and analyze financial information from various enterprise systems. Confer internally with campus Senior Business Officers. Conduct analysis of financial data, identifying trends and patterns. Fund Monitoring: Forecast and monitor revenues, expenditures, and changes in fund balances. Ensure funds are used in accordance with management, Arizona Board of Regents, and legislative intent. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Skilled in preparing comprehensive monthly internal reports and annual external reports. Strong ability to identify financial issues, analyze data, and propose effective solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with various departments and stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through professional level experience required. Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in conducting complex financial analyses and interpreting detailed financial data.
