Based in Louisville, Kentucky, our Home Office Information Technology team is looking for a Project Manager. This role is a flexible, hybrid position. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: The IT Project Manager will oversee a wide range of IT projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines, within budget and to the required Trilogy standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills and experience with projects in security, infrastructure, software development, software deployment, telecommunications, hardware deployment, opening new locations and managing other project managers. Other key responsibilities include:
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis to ensure project deliverables are on track and expectations are being met. Update and maintain project status dashboard for leadership and stakeholders. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Adhere to budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans. Conduct project lessons learned review and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Manage the planning and execution of opening new site locations, including IT infrastructure, telecommunications, hardware and software deployment. Ensure that all projects comply with IT security policies, procedures and best practices. Stay up to date with the latest IT security trends, technologies and best practices. Ensure that all projects are aligned with the company's overall strategic goals and objectives. Other duties as needed. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field. Experience with Agile development methodologies. 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years of experience managing other project managers. PMP (Project Management Professional) or other project management certification. Experience managing infrastructure, software development, software deployment, telecommunications, networking and IT security projects. Experience managing IT security projects and ensuring compliance with IT security policies and procedures. Experience managing projects related to opening new locations. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Strong understanding IT concepts and technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence others. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Physical requirements
Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors and all business associates outside of the health campus.
