Delaware North is hiring a Director of Cybersecurity Strategy, Architecture, and Engineeringto join our team. Asthe Director of Cybersecurity,Strategy, Architecture, and Engineering,you willbe responsible fordeveloping and implementing the overarching cybersecurity framework that aligns with the enterprise’s strategic vision. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $154,600 – $208,700 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?

Develop and implement a cybersecurity strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business goals and risk management framework

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cybersecurity engineers, promoting a culture of professional growth, operational excellence, and innovation

Architect security infrastructure and consult with solutions owners to see that security designs are aligned with business needs

Organize security technology roadmaps and manage key cybersecurity projects, ensuring they deliver value and enhance the security posture

Lead the engineering aspect, focusing on integrating cybersecurity solutions across the organization, including SSO and other system integrations

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate cybersecurity considerations into the company’s strategic planning and daily operations

More about you

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information management, computer science, business administration, risk management, or a related field

Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, and CISA preferred

Minimum of 8 years of information security experience with a minimum of 3 years of management experience

Comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, incident response, and threat intelligence practices

Extensive experience in the design and implementation of security architecture frameworks and standards

Skilled in the integration of cybersecurity technologies, including SSO, encryption, and identity management solutions

Knowledgeable about secure coding practices, application security, and the software development lifecycle

Proficient in current and emerging cybersecurity technologies, cloud security architectures, and secure network design

Understanding of risk management principles and their application to cybersecurity architectural decisions and engineering processes
