**Pay**
Minimum Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $154600 - $208700 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. **Responsibilities**
+ Develop and implement a cybersecurity strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and risk management framework
+ Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cybersecurity engineers, promoting a culture of professional growth, operational excellence, and innovation
+ Architect security infrastructure and consult with solutions owners to see that security designs are aligned with business needs
+ Organize security technology roadmaps and manage key cybersecurity projects, ensuring they deliver value and enhance the security posture
+ Lead the engineering aspect, focusing on integrating cybersecurity solutions across the organization, including SSO and other system integrations
+ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate cybersecurity considerations into the companys strategic planning and daily operations

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelors degree or equivalent in information management, computer science, business administration, risk management, or a related field
+ Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, and CISA preferred
+ Minimum of 8 years of information security experience with a minimum of 3 years of management experience
+ Comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, incident response, and threat intelligence practices
+ Extensive experience in the design and implementation of security architecture frameworks and standards
+ Skilled in the integration of cybersecurity technologies, including SSO, encryption, and identity management solutions
+ Knowledgeable about secure coding practices, application security, and the software development lifecycle
+ Proficient in current and emerging cybersecurity technologies, cloud security architectures, and secure network design
+ Understanding of risk management principles and their application to cybersecurity architectural decisions and engineering processes
