Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to lead and coach Agile teams, ensuring successful delivery of projects using Scrum methodology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Scrum/Agile practices and project management, with a proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
•Lead and coach teams using Agile Scrum methodology and practices.
•Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily scrums, demos, and retrospectives, ensuring adherence to their defined goals.
•Collaborate with the product owner on backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
•Provide detailed project deliverables, including kickoff presentations, project plans, budget reports, burndown/up charts, and capacity plans.
•Guide the product owner and development team on Agile best practices to achieve customer satisfaction.
•Remove impediments and coach the Scrum team to self-organize and optimize performance.
•Work with stakeholders to resolve issues that may hinder team progress.
•Report status and progress metrics to internal and client stakeholders while clearly articulating project risks.
•Manage critical projects, customer engagements, or business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
•Collaborate with the testing team to ensure successful execution of all testing phases, including unit, functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.
•Conduct weekly project meetings and produce daily/weekly status reports.
•Resolve blocking issues in collaboration with technical teams to meet client requirements.
Required Qualifications
•Bachelor's or Master's degree.
•5+ years of project management experience.
•Strong analytical and technical skills.
•Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
•Hands-on experience in scope and change management.
•Strong leadership and motivation skills.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
•Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
•Previous experience or technical knowledge in managing Data Pods.
•Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Slack.
Certifications
•Certified Scrum Master (CSM) - Required.
•Advanced CSM - Preferred.
•PMP - Preferred.
