EUC Resolve Incidents associated with EUC Equipment and/or EUC Software, failure or degradation of EUC Services, and provide break/fix support, advice, and assistance to End Users across all company locations or working from home ¿ Work with remote support team, and when necessary, coordinate EUC Services related activities with the Service Desk and other stakeholders.. ¿ Support all EUC Software in desktop, laptop using NantMedia authorized methods. ¿ Support Installations, Moves, Adds, and Changes (IMACs) requirements and will Provide, perform, or oversee, as appropriate, all installations, de installations, cascades, moves adds and Changes for all EUC Equipment, EUC Software, and related Services at designated NantMedia Sites. ¿ Provide phone, email, in person, and on call support to on site and off site users ¿ Resolve Problem tickets opened for Root Cause Analysis on repeating issues. ¿ Manage, configure, and track EUC Devices which include mobile devices, desktop devices such as laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, WI FI access points, desk phones, any other accessories and related desktop software. ¿ Manage, configure, and track meeting rooms equipment (such as Zoom conference hardware) ¿ Provide monthly validation of the CMDB assets with Active Directory (AD) and Device Management Tools (JAMF, Rapid7, SCCM, OpenNMS, ClearPass, Zabbix, Mobility Master) for records compliance. ¿ Ensure all approved agents installed during Asset provisioning request (IMAC) ¿ Ensure backup and restoration assistance (when necessary) of EUC Devices and data using Code 42 application on EUC devices
