As part of a dynamic team, the successful candidate will work on high-profile deals involving startups and unicorns, playing an active role in transactions and providing ongoing legal support to clients across various industries. Play a key role in client development and business generation through relationship building. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on venture capital, M&A, and private equity transactions. Extensive experience drafting and negotiating corporate documents and managing complex transactions. Proven track record in corporate governance and advising clients on general corporate matters. Strong ability to lead deal teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and opposing counsel effectively. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a collaborative and team-oriented attitude. Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications: Admitted to the bar in California (or eligible for admission). Skills: Expertise in venture capital, M&A, and private equity transactions. Proficiency in drafting and reviewing complex corporate legal documents. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to provide high-level legal advice on corporate matters. Client-focused with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
