Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring client retention and satisfaction. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for senior management. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and ensure mutual satisfaction. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in the promotional goods industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Benefits:
