Sales and Finance professional

to join our Sales Team. The Korum Automotive Group lineup includes Ford, Lincoln, Hyundai, and Pre-Owned dealerships.

The Lincoln Relationship Manager creates exceptional Lincoln ownership relationship experience by assisting will all aspects from purchase through service.

The Relationship Manager assists the customer with the purchase, financing, service contract purchase, and service/maintenance appointment coordination.

This position has a base pay + commission potential Pay Range: $48,000 to $120,000

Responsibilities include:

Prospecting potential and sold customers through CRM systems including follow-up with sold customers for service appointments. Achievement and maintenance of all required factory certifications and American Finance and Insurance Professional certification represent Korum Automotive Group as the single point of contact with Lincoln customers. Conduct vehicle demonstrations and sales processes both at the dealership and remotely. Assists clients with scheduling their service needs, and coordinating with Lincoln support staff to achieve a high level of service. Successful candidates will typically have the following skills/experience:

Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred! Two to Four years of related experience in auto sales, auto finance & insurance Knowledge of dealership-related software Ability to obtain and maintain factory certifications and AFIP Candidates must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record!
