  2. Candidate Requirements:
    1. State License(s) accepted: SD
    2. DEA/CSR: DEA
    3. Covid/Flu Vaccination Requirements: Required but exemptions available
    4. What boards are accepted? NP or PA
    5. Residents Y/N and what are the details? N
    6. Life Certifications needed: ATLS, ACLS, BLS (Have to have American Heart Association)
    7. Will facility accept CALS in lieu of ATLS: No
    8. Other qualifications needed: Prefer 3-5 years experience
