Insight Global's client is a start up specializing in building and managing data pipelines. They offer a no-code/low-code ETL platform that integrates data from any source into data lakehouses like Snowflake, Databricks, and Redshift. One of their team members is going on maternity leave and needs someone to cover for them for about four months. This will be at least 30 hours a week every week onsite at their San Francisco office with some remote flexibility.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 4+ years of experience in office management/accounting.

- Experience with accounting, payroll and AR/AP processes.

- Experience with entering and sending out invoices.

- Running payroll.

- Proficiency with tools such as Asana, Notion, DocuSign, Dropbox, and Google Workspace/Sheets.

- Based in San Francisco and able to come into the office at least 4 days per week.

Responsibilites:

Manage Daily Office Operations:

Manage office vendors, daily lunch orders, and keep the office stocked and organized to support a welcoming environment for the team.

Coordinate Finances and Payroll:

Oversee vendor billing, customer invoicing, employee payroll, and monthly reconciliation to ensure smooth financial operations.

Support Team Communications and Meetings:

Prepare for and assist with team-wide meetings, updates, and internal communications.

Respond to Ad-Hoc Requests:

Tackle occasional project-based tasks, like vendor compliance, onboarding, and document management.

Compensation:

This position is paying between $30-$35/hour based on candidates years of experience, education, certifications, etc.
