Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the industrial services sector, demonstrating strong business acumen and the ability to forge lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals, bids, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to develop effective strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve revenue targets and KPIs by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales within the industrial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of Soft Craft Industrial Services and related technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
