are seeking responsible individuals to join our Incident Tracking Analyst Team on a

Part Time/Seasonal

basis. The right fit individuals will provide excellent customer service, and security throughout the stadium/event center during Commanders Game Day and Special Events. This Position reports to the Manager, Stadium Security and Systems.

Incident Tracking Analyst:

Work to document and capture key incidents from Event Staff positions inside/outside the stadium. Gameday Command will dispatch staff to assigned location of the incident.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Commanders Home Games and Major Ticketed special Events Utilize 24/7 Software for documenting incidents via iPad. Capturing statements, photos, videos, and other helpful tools Compose comprehensive incident reports from staff in real time Provide immediate assistance to and emergency notification of guests in the event of an accident or injury Monitor seating area/concourses for the following: outside alcohol, impaired guests, inappropriate banners, or signs, slips and falls, rowdy/unruly behavior, fights, illegal throwing of objects, alcohol policy infractions, staff performance, etc. Receive and quickly act upon requests or complaints from guests. In the event of a serious problem, rapidly defer to upper management Work with Claim Adjusters to update any key documentation Provide guests with excellent customer service to enhance their game day fan experience Enforce stadium/event center, Commanders, and NFL rules, regulations, and policies Understanding ofstadium/event center layout (including stadium seating sections, premium seating locations, clubs, auxiliary areas, ramps, stadium parking, and stadium services locations) and policies/procedures/City Ordinances Help execute emergency situations In the event of an emergency, assist in evacuating stadium/event center, while maintaining a calm, professional manner Communicate detailed information over radios using proper radio etiquette Perform other duties as assigned Acknowledge that you will be exposed to privileged and confidential information Requirements:

Must commit to work all Commanders Home games, Major Stadium Events, and potential playoff games Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, andholidays Must be 18 and over with HS Diploma or GED Maintain a professional appearance Attention to detail Previous Experience working as an incident writer is a plus Eagerness to learn new software's and systems. Experience with 24/7 Software is a plus. Ability to be friendly and courteous, regardless of the situation. Effective verbal communication skills Excellent writing skills Strong interpersonal skills Excellent Technological Competence Strong Ability to take direction. Be a team player who can work well in a fast-paced challenging environment Hourly Rate: $16 - $19
