About the Role:
Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment managing complex web projects? As our Web Program Manager, you'll be a hands-on leader, driving cross-functional web initiatives from concept to execution. You'll leverage your expertise in digital marketing and web analytics to guide diverse teams, optimize website performance, and deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities: Project Management:
Lead cross-functional web projects from ideation to launch, collaborating with Marketing, Growth, Legal, and other teams. Problem-Solving & Strategy:
Navigate ambiguity, facilitate discovery sessions, and deliver strategic solutions for web initiatives. Content Management & Analytics:
Oversee Airtable intake requests, manage CMS updates, and support website analytics needs with GA4, Looker Studio, and Singular. Communication & Collaboration:
Be a communication champion, keeping stakeholders informed of project progress and fostering strong cross-team partnerships. Technical Expertise:
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CMS (Contentful) and web analytics tools, guiding teams on technical feasibility and best practices. Minimum Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in web project/program management Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams (technical, marketing, agency partners) 4+ years of experience in web marketing (SEO, data analysis, site optimization, A/B testing) Solid understanding of headless CMS (e.g., Contentful) and project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Jira) Proficient in web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio) Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with website design and accessibility best practices Experience with Google Tag Manager, Singular, Bit.ly, and Adobe Creative Suite Benefits :
