We are seeking a motivated and talented

Software Engineering Intern

to join our dynamic development team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects and gain hands-on experience in software development, with a focus on ReactJS, Node.js, and/ or .NET technologies. This role will involve contributing to both front-end and back-end development tasks, as well as working with databases.

Essential Functions: Software Development:

Collaborate with the engineering team to design, develop, test, and maintain web applications and services. Frontend Development:

Utilize ReactJS to build and enhance user interfaces, ensuring responsiveness and a high-quality user experience. Backend Development:

Work with Node.js or .NET to develop server-side logic, APIs, and integrate with databases. Database Management:

Assist in designing, querying, and maintaining databases. Gain experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases. Code Reviews:

Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and best practices. Documentation:

Document your code, processes, and any issues encountered to ensure clarity and maintainability. Testing:

Write and execute test cases and troubleshoot issues to ensure software reliability and performance. Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Learning and Growth:

Take initiative to learn new technologies, methodologies, and best practices relevant to the role and contribute to continuous improvement. Qualifications:

Education:

Recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with readiness to join in a full-time capacity in Spring 2025. Technical Skills: ReactJS:

Experience with building interactive and responsive user interfaces using ReactJS. Node.js or .NET:

Proficiency in developing server-side applications with Node.js or .NET. Database Knowledge:

Familiarity with database design and querying (e.g., SQL, MongoDB). Programming Languages:

Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or other relevant programming languages. Problem-Solving Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Communication:

Good verbal and written communication skills. Teamwork:

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to Detail:

Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Adaptability:

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. Preferred Qualifications

Previous internship or project experience involving ReactJS, Node.js, or .NET is a plus. Demonstrated personal or academic projects showcasing relevant skills and technologies. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), and knowledge of Agile methodologies. Strong interest in data engineering, data integration, and database technologies. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) is a plus.
