We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Accounting Intern to join our growing team. As an Accounting intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Reconciliation and Basic Accounting.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Accounting Intern to join our growing team. As an Accounting intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Reconciliation and Basic Accounting.
Essential Functions:
- Accounts Payable:
- Process invoices, verify financial data, and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and organized records for all payable transactions.
- Accounts Receivable:
- Support the invoicing process and monitor customer payments.
- Help track outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Reconciliation:
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and general ledger accounts.
- Assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Basic Accounting:
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in maintaining financial reports and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Anticipated graduation date in 2025 with readiness to join in a full-time capacity by Fall 2025
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with NetSuite is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
