We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Accounting Intern to join our growing team. As an Accounting intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Reconciliation and Basic Accounting.

Essential Functions:
  • Accounts Payable:
    • Process invoices, verify financial data, and ensure timely vendor payments.
    • Assist in maintaining accurate and organized records for all payable transactions.
  • Accounts Receivable:
    • Support the invoicing process and monitor customer payments.
    • Help track outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Reconciliation:
    • Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and general ledger accounts.
    • Assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Basic Accounting:
    • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
    • Assist in maintaining financial reports and documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Anticipated graduation date in 2025 with readiness to join in a full-time capacity by Fall 2025
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with NetSuite is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
