Founding Fullstack Engineer

We're assisting a well-funded startup building an autonomous AI interviewer with their search for founding engineers. The role will work onsite in their SF office. What you'll do: Build consumer-facing and enterprise-grade software Decrease interviewer response latency Scale system architecture Integrate with customer's internal hiring systems Present interview data visually and quickly Implement feature requests Optimize and improve conversational AI Collaborate with a talented team Launch products impacting people's careers What you'll bring: 0 - 6 years of experience Comfortable working full-stack Experience in Typescript (React, Next) Experience in Python (FastAPI, concurrency, asyncio) Nice to haves: Great frontend design sense, experience in Figma ML/DL experience (open source, inference at scale) Experience in Cloud / DevOps (Azure, Kubernetes, Docker)
