Our AI-powered platform conducts job interviews in real-time, helping companies get the best hiring signal on their applicant pool and hire in a fraction of the time. Our AI recruiter engages in live conversations over video calls with candidates, asking personalized follow-up questions based on their responses. We've already conducted thousands of interviews across various industries, including engineering, IT, retail, and hospitality. The Role As a founding full-stack engineer, you'll join our small, passionate team focused on building a revolutionary AI Recruiter. You'll work on both consumer-facing and enterprise-grade software, with clear opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities Build and optimize our conversational AI technology Decrease interviewer response latency Scale system architecture for thousands of concurrent users Integrate with customers' internal hiring systems Develop visual representations of interview data Implement new features and improvements Collaborate with co-founders and team members in San Francisco What We're Looking For 0-6 years of experience (recent graduates with relevant experience are welcome) Comfortable working full-stack Experience in TypeScript (React, Next.js) Experience in Python (FastAPI, concurrency, asyncio) Previous work at a tech-forward company or high-growth startup is a plus CS Degree from a top university Enthusiasm for working in-office 5 days/week in San Francisco Nice-to-Haves Experience in Cloud/DevOps (Azure, Kubernetes, Docker) Strong frontend design skills and Figma experience ML/DL experience (open source, inference at scale) Tech Stack TypeScript (Next.js, Node.js), Python (FastAPI, concurrency, asyncio), SQL (PostgreSQL), Cloud/DevOps (Azure, Kubernetes, Docker) Our Team We're a small, curious team of builders who thrive on solving challenging problems.
