Our client, a marketing and advertising agency in LA, is looking for a Senior Account Executive for a 2-month contract starting in January. In this role, you will be a key player in managing and executing high-impact digital marketing and CRM campaigns for a large telecom client. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and delivering exceptional results. With 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency, you bring expertise in client relationship management, campaign strategy, and project execution. This is a hybrid 40-hour/week freelance position and requires 3-days/week onsite in Playa Vista.

Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong, trust-based relationships. Develop and execute digital and CRM campaign strategies that align with client objectives and KPIs. Oversee campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Collaborate with creative, media, and analytics teams to deliver cohesive, data-driven campaigns. Analyze campaign performance metrics, generating insights and actionable recommendations for optimization. Present campaign strategies, progress updates, and performance reports to clients and stakeholders. Identify opportunities to grow client accounts through strategic recommendations and upselling. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform campaign strategies.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency, with a focus on digital and CRM campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and technologies (e.g., email marketing, paid media, social media, and automation platforms). Proven track record of managing multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Strong organizational and project management skills, with a detail-oriented mindset. Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and generate actionable insights. A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
