The Associate Talent Partner is a cornerstone role at Linqia, entrusted with spearheading and orchestrating creator marketing campaigns through expertise and data-driven methodologies. As an integral member of Linqia's Talent Partnerships Team, you will execute meticulously crafted strategies for creator sourcing, negotiation, and onboarding, serving as a seamless extension of our clients' marketing strategy team. Your primary mission is to harmonize nuanced creator profiles with the authentic brand voice and core objectives of our clients.
In this dynamic role, you'll work closely with client services teams, actively refining and advancing our creator marketing strategy and sourcing methodologies based on client feedback. Your expertise and commitment to data-driven practices will shape effective creator campaigns, contributing to client success and satisfaction with Linqia's services. What You'll Do
Uncover and deliver on client's true ideal creator fit to source and surface creators for campaigns using Linqia's discovery tools and best practices Take charge of creator negotiation, contracting, and onboarding for Linqia's clients, skillfully managing deadlines, budgets, and goals to achieve optimal client satisfaction Serve as a dedicated advocate and subject matter expert for creators throughout campaign strategy and planning, ensuring the creation of high-quality, authentic, and brand-safe content Showcase expertise in discovery best practices across various social platforms, recommending ideal creator personas and strategies for new campaign opportunities Take ownership of processes and document best practices, consistently improving and sharing learnings to enhance team efficiency Play a vital role in new business initiatives by supporting client proposals and pitches. Provide standout talent samples and rationale aligning with the campaign's creative goals Proactively stay informed about industry trends and share knowledge with the team to foster a dynamic and creative work environment Qualifications 6-24 months of office or account management experience, showcasing a foundation in professional settings Passion for the social media space and creator industry, coupled with a curiosity for creativity, innovation, and a commitment to staying abreast of new trends Thoughtful and creative problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. A proactive approach to challenges, demonstrating a willingness to tackle issues directly and contribute to future-focused solutions Ability to work autonomously and self-motivated. Demonstrated proficiency in meeting deadlines, keeping stakeholders informed of progress, and knowing when to seek assistance Strong people-oriented skills, exhibiting effective relationship-building abilities. Capable of cultivating strong partnerships across functions to unite individuals towards common goals and consensus Exemplary verbal, written, and analytical skills. Proficient in presenting compelling cases to senior internal stakeholders and directly engaging with creators via phone and email Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently with strict attention to detail, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently Bachelor's degree is required Currently located in the San Francisco Bay Area
Compensation Range: $50,000 base salary. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
