Yardi, the global leader in the prop tech industry, is searching for an experienced and driven Outside Sales Account Executive for our Commercial Account team, Mid-Market accounts . We're seeking a top performer with a proven track record in enterprise sales and a deep understanding of SaaS solutions. As the ideal candidate, you bring a strong background in managing mid-market accounts, a deep knowledge of the commercial sales landscape, and a passion for prop tech innovation.
What You'll Do:
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with a portfolio of commercial mid-market accounts, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and fostering growth Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive client retention and revenue expansion Provide administrative support to the sales process, including handling renewals, managing client escalations, and other related duties Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' business needs and challenges, aligning Yardi's solutions to deliver effective results Deliver captivating presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders, effectively showcasing the value of Yardi's industry-leading SaaS solutions Who You Are:
Minimum of three years (3+) of experience in sales, with a focus on software product sales Proven track record of success in enterprise sales in software or tech industry, preferably in the commercial sector Thorough understanding of sales cycle management principles such as lead-generation; discovery and qualification; pricing, packaging, and positioning; proposal development; contract negotiation; and closure Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders Strong ability to manage and grow commercial enterprise accounts, with exceptional relationship-building skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and compelling sales presentations Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field Helpful to have:
Yardi domain experience Industry expertise in property management (multifamily, commercial or applicable industry) Educational background or experience with accounting principles

Annual Base Salary Range: $85K - $95K
