Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Manager, Business Systems or designee, independently perform business analysis, programming functions, and provide end user support for the Kronos application. This is a techno-functional analyst position, which requires strong functional-analytical skills. Carry out various duties in support of Kronos system and end users including but not limited to; performing analysis and documentation of workflow; assessment of system needs and requirements including planning and design. Must know Advanced Scheduler, Timekeeper, Extensions and Analytics. Coordinate work efforts with applicable MIS consultants and organizational personnel. Create training materials and train end-user staff. Document and troubleshoot work involved in systems implementation and maintenance. Act as liaison to all end users.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge and experience required.
- Technical/programming experience is preferred.
- PC-based computer skills, spreadsheet and word processing proficiency are required.
- Minimum 5 years MIS and/or business related experience, including 2 years in similar and related position is required.
- Kronos application experience is required.
- Work directly with end users in requirement gathering, translating business requirements into technical specifications and developing Kronos solutions experience is required.
- Upgrade experience involving fit gaps, applying customizations, testing and implementation is preferred.
- Current MVR required.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hire
Pay Range:
USD $117,312.00 - USD $188,448.00 /Yr.
