We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead the establishment and operation of a state-of-the-art turbojet engine manufacturing facility in Roswell, GA. This role involves overseeing all aspects of manufacturing, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving production efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional leadership, a strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Operations Manager Roswell, GA. The Manufacturing Operations Manager will be responsible for production planning, overseeing operations management, and managing manufacturing operations on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Production Planning and Operations Management skills
- Experience in Manufacturing Operations and Manufacturing Operations Management
- Knowledge of Manufacturing processes
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field
- Certifications in Operations Management or Manufacturing are a plus
