Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition / Recruiter will provide full life-cycle recruitment services for various positions within Lobel Financial. They will coordinate with Department Managers for specific requirements and qualifications. The Recruiter will also manage job postings on various sourcing platforms, schedule interviews and ensure the timely completion of all required documentation. Other duties include recruitment, onboarding, reviewing and following HR policies and procedures, and working closely with all members of the HR team. This is a leadership role and interfacing with management. Strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal communication skills are required.

Basic Responsibilities

  • Pursue opportunities to promote long term recruiting success
  • Coordinate with department managers the creation and maintenance of job descriptions
  • Obtain position approval, post and track all newly open positions
  • Source qualified candidates for all levels of positions, utilizing most effective methods available including social media
  • Screen all on-line applications and occasionally conduct initial interviews in cooperation with hiring managers
  • Manage job boards to include: Glassdoor, Monster, ZipRecruiter, and Indeed
  • Manage all incoming resumes and ATS
  • Promote positions on social media
  • Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

  • BA degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or Creative Writing
  • 1-3 years of previous experience in recruiting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Previous experience with HRIS and Applicant tracking systems
  • Experience utilizing a wide range of internal and external recruiting strategies including social media
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point required
  • Bilingual Spanish / English
