A-Line Staffing Solutions is hiring: Senior Data Analyst in New York

Title: Senior Data Analyst Location: New York City – Midtown Manhattan (2-days onsite, 3-days remote Hybrid Schedule) Note: C2C & 3rd Party Candidates will NOT be considered Position Qualifications: 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst on a data management or data governance initiative Practical experience working with multiple project management methodologies, including at least one of the following; Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or SAFe Experience working with project management organizational or visualization tools, such as; Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, SmartSheet, Wrike, or Rally Experience supporting short and long-term projects, data management, and strategic business activities through the analysis of data Ability to conduct in depth data analysis for projects as well as ongoing data quality initiatives Experience creating datasets from a variety of disparate sources to further data management initiatives and processes Demonstrated ability in performing data mining on large datasets to supplement data management quality improvement initiatives Experience consulting with business stakeholders to document business requirements to support client needs Experience presenting reports with analysis and interpretation for business review and planning Demonstrated experience working with relational databases and database structures, with proficiency in SQL, including experience developing and recommending business solutions through research and analysis of data Experience implementing Data Management lifecycle toolsets, master data, and/or reference data programs or toolsets Experience using creativity and process improvement skills to expand and improve existing processes, and to create new ones in accordance with data governance best practices Knowledge of statistical analysis and statistical software such as SAS, SPSS, or R preferred A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field; Master’s Degree in a related field preferred Note: C2C & 3rd Party Candidates will NOT be considered If you're interested in this opportunity, apply to the fully job description below!
