TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified NICU RN in Modesto, California, 95356 About The Position Job Title: Maternal Child Health (MCH) Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) - Critical Care Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: - Minimum 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years. - Preferred: Seven years of recent experience in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care within the last ten years. License: - Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided. Certifications: - Basic Life Support (BLS). - Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program. Must-Have: - Level III Neonatal Intensive Care experience. Job Description: - Deliver high-quality nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level III NICU setting. - Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Utilize advanced neonatal resuscitation skills in critical situations. - Communicate clearly and compassionately with families and caregivers regarding patient care plans. - Participate in ongoing education and training activities to maintain current competency in neonatal care. - Adhere to all nursing policies, procedures, and healthcare standards.
