License: Active Registered Nurse License Certifications: - Basic Life Support (BLS) - Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Must-Have: Level III Neonatal Intensive Care experience Job Description: - Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill newborns in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. - Assess and monitor infants' conditions, develop individualized care plans, and implement appropriate interventions. - Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Utilize advanced technology and equipment specific to neonatal care. - Educate and support families throughout the care process, ensuring open communication and empathy. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress. - Participate in continuous professional development and adhere to the latest clinical guidelines and standards.
