TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified NICU RN in Santa Clara, California, 95051 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse - Maternal Child Health Job Specialty: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) - Critical Care Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day - 12-hour shifts (07:00 AM - 07:00 PM), 3 days per week Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care License: Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided) Certifications: - Basic Life Support (BLS) - Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Must-Have: - ACLS certification - Experience in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Job Description: - Provide direct care to critically ill neonates in a Level III NICU setting. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective patient care. - Implement evidence-based practices in neonatal nursing. - Monitor and document patient vital signs, medications, and responses to treatment. - Participate in patient and family education regarding neonatal care.
