SK pharmteco, Cell and Gene US is seeking a highly experience, organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our Supply Chain team. This individual will oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will manage personnel, supervise the receiving and storage of pharmaceutical products, ensure accurate cycle counts and physical inventory, and coordinate off-site storage at a third-party logistics (3PL) provider. This role demands a strong focus on compliance, inventory control, and operational efficiency, as well as leadership skills to manage a team of warehouse associates.
This position is located in King of Prussia, PA, and/or Malvern, PA, depending on the need.

Primary Responsibilities:
Personnel Management:
- Supervise and direct a team of warehouse associates, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and ensure staff development and training.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
- Coordinate schedules and monitor attendance, ensuring sufficient staffing levels during peak periods.
- Oversee the receiving process for pharmaceutical materials and finished goods, ensuring that all items are logged, inspected, and stored according to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Ensure accurate documentation for inbound shipments and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Manage inventory allocation and product organization within the warehouse to optimize storage space and efficiency.
- Maintain proper stock rotation to minimize product expiration and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
- Oversee regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory to ensure accuracy of inventory records.
- Investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions to resolve inventory issues.
- Work closely with the Finance and Quality Assurance teams to ensure inventory data accuracy for regulatory compliance and financial reporting.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance to support Inspections, Audits and Client Tours.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers for off-site storage of pharmaceutical products.
- Coordinate the movement of goods to and from off-site storage, ensuring accurate records of product locations and quantities.
- Ensure that 3PL operations comply with company standards and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical storage.
- Regularly assess the performance of the 3PL provider and recommend process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical regulations, including FDA, cGMP, and OSHA requirements as well as company policies and procedures.
- Ensure maintenance of accurate records of all warehouse activities.
- Ensure that all warehouse documentation, such as receipts and inventory reports, are accurate and maintained according to company policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and improve safety.
- Work with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and improve order fulfillment times.
- Provide regular feedback and recommendations to senior management on warehouse performance and areas for improvement.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a Lead/Project management type role, preferably in pharmaceutical or regulated environments.
- Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., WMS) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working with 3PL providers and managing off-site storage logistics.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA regulations, and safety standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a warehouse and office environment, including sitting, standing, walking for periods of time and occasionally lifting products up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work with warehouse systems, equipment, and other tools in a fast-paced environment.
