Role Description: As a Business Analyst, you must have at least 4+ years of experience. In this role, you will serve as a key part of a Project Management Office (PMO) on a large-scale transformation project providing comprehensive technical, administrative, and coordination support in a population health management setting.

This position involves managing the logistical aspects of meetings; conducting research related to population health, user engagement, and federal mandates; capturing critical discussions, decisions, project risks and issues, and action items; assisting in the preparation of meeting materials; facilitating adherence to Federal Financial Participation (FFP) requirements; developing Advanced Planning Document (APDs) for federal review; supporting reporting to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (CMS); managing the project's Risk, Action Item, Issue, and Decision (RAID) log; and tracking project change requests (i.e., adjustments to the project’s scope, schedule, and/or budget).

This position involves facilitating communication between stakeholders at varying levels and enabling the team to function more efficiently by ensuring that tasks are handled promptly and accurately.

Requirements:

  1. A high-level understanding of the following topics is desired: internal and external user engagement; local, state, or federal policy; FFP; budgets; and project management.
  2. Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in population health, or a related area, is highly valued.
  3. Five (5) years of working in a health care related field (mandatory).
  4. Experience with healthcare policy at the local, state, or federal level with experience writing policy documents including legislative concepts, contracts, etc.
  5. Experience with budget analysis and development.
  6. Experience supporting the management of enterprise and project level risks.
  7. Experience supporting the management of change requests.
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  9. Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) with special emphasis on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint for report creation and data analysis.
  10. Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio and Teams).
  11. Strong notetaking and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  12. Proactive problem-solving attitude, with the ability to anticipate needs and offer solutions.
  13. Ability to work well within a team, sharing responsibilities, and collaborating on security efforts.
  14. Capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent
