Business Professional - Business Analyst

Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. We are currently seeking a Business Professional - Business Analyst for our client in the Professional Services domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. This is a Contract position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Location: Remote (West Coast)

Role Description: As a Business Professional - Business Analyst, you must have at least 5+ years of experience. For this role, you must have experience supporting Sales, be comfortable managing large data sets, possess strong attention to detail, be able to build financial models, have a creative problem-solving mindset, and demonstrate strong communication skills.

You will work cross-functionally across sales, operations, marketing, and finance, with the primary objective of enabling sales leadership to make effective, analytically driven, and strategic operating decisions.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with key business stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements and assess prioritization and impact to the business.
2. Provide Subject Matter Expertise in the build-out of requirements and ensure clear and detailed requirements are gathered and documented.
3. Engage relevant functional and technical teams for design, development, and testing activities around stakeholder requirements.
4. Assist in the development and reporting of key performance metrics to help drive increasing Sales productivity.
5. Work directly with GTM Planning, Reporting, and Analytics Senior leadership on business-critical reporting needs.
6. Extract data sets, perform analyses, and build financial models to support pipeline, coverage, renewal, or other initiatives on a weekly/monthly/quarterly cadence.
7. Gather and analyze data to understand problems and address them proactively.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or another related field or Equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience.

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses.

Travel: No.

Local Preferred: Yes.

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C).
