Product Marketing Manager - Digital Advertising Location: Hoboken, New Jersey (Hybrid) Client: Bank Of America Rate: $ 60 /hr C2C Visa: USC GCPosition Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Marketing Manager to partner with internal teams and product management to develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for our suite of digital advertising products. This role will involve closely collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft compelling messaging, positioning, and sales enablement content, with a strong focus on driving product adoption and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B software or digital advertising, combined with excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Product Management: Align with product management to understand customer needs and challenges, translating these into effective product features, benefits, and messaging. Go-To-Market Strategy: Develop and implement GTM strategies, including positioning, use cases, and sales enablement materials for product releases and enhancements. Product Messaging & Positioning: Create compelling product messaging and positioning that articulates Connect's value proposition, for use in case studies, pitch decks, and other customer-facing materials. Market Research & Insights: Conduct and analyze both primary and secondary research to gather insights on customer segments and market trends. Share findings with internal teams to drive informed decision-making. Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and using research to deepen the understanding of customer segments. MRDs & PRDs: Work with product stakeholders to support the development of Market Requirements Documents (MRDs) and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) to define product priorities and requirements. Product Launches: Support the planning and execution of product launches at various stages, including alpha, beta, and general availability (GA). Sales Enablement: Lead efforts to educate and enable sales teams by developing internal resources and working closely with marketing and training teams. Thought Leadership: Contribute to the development of thought leadership content that reflects market and competitive trends, enhancing the company's position in the industry. Minimum Qualifications Experience: 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in digital advertising or B2B software. Industry Expertise: Strong preference for experience in adtech, martech, and related technology ecosystems, including digital media, SaaS, and agencies. Technical Understanding: Solid knowledge of advertising platforms, frameworks, and technologies leveraged by advertisers and brands. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to partner with product management, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing strategies. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating compelling presentations and content for both internal and external audiences. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving. Project Management: Highly organized, outcome-focused, and able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
