About the Team:

At SIE, we are on an ambitious mission to renovate and transform the PlayStation Platform. Our goal is to create reusable capabilities and standardized technological foundations to support all aspects of PlayStation e-commerce. This forward-looking initiative spans multiple domains, including Payments, Purchases, Catalog, Pricing, and Cart.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Support Program Managers in organizing and managing their projects
  • Create and maintain project documentation, such as status reports and meeting minutes
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for stakeholders
  • Help manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
  • Support project managers with day-to-day activities
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within project management workflows
What We're Looking For:
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university, pursuing a Master's in Computer Science, AI or MBA degree
  • Expected to graduate by Spring 2026
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in program management tools, such as Confluence, PowerPoint, JIRA, Slack, Google Suite/Google Drive, MS Teams, and Webex
  • Experience with general administrative support tasks, including document management, meeting scheduling, and tracking action items
  • Understanding of agile methodologies (certification preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to make timely, effective decisions
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of solving routine or complex problems efficiently
Eligibility:
  • Able to work during one of the following periods: May 19th - August 8th or June 16th - September 5th.
  • Must be available for the entire 12-week internship period.
  • Open to students who are U.S. citizens or international students with an F-1 visa.
  • Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates.


Our intern positions offer a fixed hourly pay rate. Please note that the pay rate is exclusive to the internship period and may not reflect what pay may look like following the completion of an internship.

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role's base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

Intern Pay Range

$39.75-$43.25 USD
