Advantage Chevrolet of Bridgeview is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and bilingual Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be essential in driving our sales growth by generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and expanding our client base. This position requires fluency in both Spanish and English to connect effectively with our diverse community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand customer reach.
- Engage with prospective customers through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new clients.
- Track and report sales activities and customer interactions for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Respond professionally to inbound internet, phone, and text inquiries.
- Make approximately 100 outbound calls per day and send 50 emails or texts to engage potential clients.
- Follow up diligently with all leads to ensure contact.
- Utilize CRM software to set, confirm, and track appointments.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Automotive Sales, BDC, or as a Sales Associate.
- Language: Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Skills: Exceptional phone, email, text, and chat abilities; strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Personality: Positive attitude, self-motivated, team-oriented, and driven to exceed customer expectations.
- Other: Valid driver's license; high school diploma or equivalent.
