Advantage Chevrolet of Bridgeview is seeking a KBB Acquisition & Business Development Representative. This hybrid role combines Business Development with Kelley Blue Book (KBB) vehicle acquisitions. KBB ICO (Instant Cash Offer) experience is required. The ideal candidate will engage with customers, respond to inquiries, and guide them through the vehicle buying and selling process using KBB's trusted valuation system. Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 100 outbound calls daily to customers interested in buying or selling vehicles.
- Explain KBB's valuation system to help customers determine the fair market value of their vehicles.
- Set appointments for vehicle evaluations and follow up on sales leads.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries.
- Assist with trade-ins, appraisals, and vehicle acquisitions.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer information.
- KBB ICO experience is required.
- Previous Business Development experience in the automotive industry is required.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
