Lead your management team to complete tasks and meet company goals including, but not limited to, revenue, COGS, and labor, in a timely and efficient manner. Follow and reinforce restaurant service standards for service expectations by scrutinizing every aspect of guests' experience from start to finish. Ability to fill in any FOH positions and assist service during operational hours. Manage Expo Line for food quality problems before they reach the guest. Identify and rectify any service that is below standard. Training, developing, mentoring, managing and leading the team.
