About the Role
We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our dynamic sales team. This role is essential to the client experience, handling initial client interactions, managing leads, and providing vital sales support. This position ensures smooth client onboarding, detailed CRM management, and close collaboration with the sales and operations teams to achieve sales goals and deliver seamless event experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Follow-Up & Management
- Respond promptly to incoming leads and inquiries, ensuring timely outreach.
- Qualify leads, assess client needs, and forward details to sales professionals for further action.
- Organize and track leads to maximize conversion rates and assist in follow-up strategies.
- Client Communication
- Serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients, providing essential information and answering questions.
- Schedule consultations, site visits, and meetings, and distribute promotional materials as needed.
- Sales Support
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and other materials to support the sales team.
- Document client details and event needs in the CRM and assist in cross-selling venues and services across the company's offerings.
- CRM & Data Management
- Accurately enter and update client information and lead status in the CRM system.
- Monitor and report on lead progress, conversion rates, and other key metrics to support strategic sales decisions.
- Contract & Proposal Assistance
- Prepare and send contracts to clients based on guidance from the sales team.
- Track contract status, ensuring timely returns of signed agreements and deposits.
- Assist in creating customized proposals, coordinating necessary details from clients and internal teams.
- Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with sales professionals to ensure seamless transitions as leads move through the sales funnel.
- Coordinate with venue managers, catering, and operations teams to gather information for proposals and contracts.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure promotional materials are up-to-date and aligned with sales goals.
- Client Relationship Building
- Maintain positive client relationships by providing timely communication throughout the sales process.
- Serve as a resource during early event planning stages, answering questions and providing updates.
- Event Support
- Provide on-site support during events as needed, assisting with client relations and ensuring the fulfillment of event details.
- Aid the sales team in event-related tasks to enhance client satisfaction and ensure a seamless event experience.
Requirements
